Happy first anniversary to my wonderful, loving, hard-working husband! It is hard to believe that a whole year has gone by filled with many fun and lasting memories. We have shared many firsts over the past year from holidays to family vacations, and especially expecting a little one for the first time.
Jordan came home from work yesterday with a sweet surprise for me and we were also able to celebrate with dinner at Macaroni Grill. We don't often spend the money to go out to eat, so it was a real treat to try new food. We ended up order three small appetizers and a pasta sampler to share. In all, we were able to try 6 different menu items: lobster stuffed clams, ricotta meatballs, artichoke potato crisps, macaroni and cheese pasta, a chicken pasta, and an italian sausage pasta. Trying new food is something I have definitely learned to love more and more being married to Jordan. Food has become a way to spend time together, start traditions, and especially experiment.
