April 2013

We started out this month with a trip to the emergency room for Jordan to get stitches on his eye.  Unfortunately the few big injuries Jordan has had in rugby have both involved collisions with players from his own team:  two years ago when he broke his nose, and this time when his teammate accidentally kicked him in the face at practice.  The doctors did a great job, and to Jordan's disappointment, everything healed really well without noticeable scarring.
Kent had his first ride sitting up in a shopping cart this month and he just loves the grocery store.  There are so many new and exciting things to look at as well as a lot of people around :)

After finishing our semester up at BYU-Idaho we subleased our apartment and moved down to Utah for the Summer where Jordan and I will both be doing internships.  I have two internships arranged:  one in downtown Salt Lake doing commercial interior design for CCG Howells, and one working in residential Kitchen and Bath at Pepper Tree.  Jordan will be doing his internship at the University of Utah doing research in the Medical Chemistry department.
On our way down, we stopped in Ogden to visit with grandma and grandpa Price.  This is Kent playing and singing with his great-grandma Price.
At my parents' house Kent made a new friend:  Scooter, the dog.  He gets so excited to have Scooter come up and sit by him.  Kent is still learning how to be gentle.
We were so glad we could be here to celebrate Amber's birthday with her.  It was fun to have the whole family together to celebrate.
....And, Kent started crawling soon after we got here!!!  He progressed so quickly that it didn't take long for him to learn how to speed across the room towards whatever he saw.
