First Family Vacation

Last month Jordan and I decided to spontaneously jump on the opportunity we had to get away while we were free from school and work, not to mention before we have parental responsibilities. It was also perfect timing as we are only an hour and a half from the entrance to Yellowstone. We planned a two day camping trip entirely on our own stopping to see everything on the way from the north entrance of yellowstone down to Old Faithful.

Jordan and his friend "Frank" who lived under the firepit at our campsite the first night.
Clearly this little guy has been fed plenty because Jordan didn't have anything in his hand yet he still came right up to him.

First Stop...Firestone Falls

Old Faithful
We made it through our second night despite the terrible storm we had to brave in a tent

One of my favorites at the lower geyser basin in Mammoth
